Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All reservations made through X Project Rentals are subject to the refund terms outlined below. By completing a booking, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Guests may cancel their reservation at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of plans

Travel delays

Personal reasons

Illness or emergencies

Weather conditions
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
4. Early Departure
No refunds will be provided for early departures after check-in, for any reason.
5. Date Changes
Date changes or reservation modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Any approved changes do not entitle the guest to a refund or price adjustment.
6. Force Majeure
X Project Rentals is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation issues, or other force majeure events. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Acknowledgment
By completing a reservation with X Project Rentals, guests acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
